GENETICS FOR SALE
Next sale 16th & 17th September 2022
In 2021 we are in the process of constructing a sale centre to facilitate the sale of the Hub of genetics now been invested in on the Barrington coast and the Manning Valley. We have begun the process of establishing the Cattle Barons conference centre and sale site. This will allow us to take our breeding programs to the next level, promote sales and assist smaller and boutique studs to participate and sell their animals. This project is still in its infancy but we aim for completion by the winter of 2022. Keep checking our website to follow our progress.
BUYING FROM BIGWIG
We have converted our sales strategy from individual sales to a once or twice on farm sale. To this end we have started to build a suitable sale centre with a difference.
We have been given support from Destination New South Wales and intend to host our first two day sale in September 2022.
The Sale will be known as Legends of the Future (The Legends Sale)
The first day will be dedicated to Purebred Speckle Sales exhibiting never been sold before genetics and rarely been sold before genetics. This will be followed by a short lecture at the Cattleman’s conference before the evening barbeque. The next day will be a Speckle Park cross breed where Speckle Cross Brangus and Nguni will be on sale for commercial breeders in the drier areas of Australia. There will also be an exhibition of Drone technology in farming. The Sale will be a joint effort with our sale partners Hidden Valley Speckle Park and we are carefully selecting two other consignors to make this a community affair.
